Lionel Messi Orders Barcelona To Sign This Premier League Super Striker

Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi, has reportedly given the club’s board name of Premier League striker to sign this summer’s transfer window.

Fox Sports reports that the Argentine international has told Barcelona hierarchy to sign Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane this summer.

The report claimed that Messi feels Kane would be a perfect replacement for 32-year-old striker, Luis Suarez who is in the later stage of his career at Nou Camp.

Kane is widely considered as one of the best strikers in the world presently.

The 25-year-old will win his first piece of silverware with Tottenham Hotspur if they beat Liverpool in the Champions League final on June 1 in Madrid.

Meanwhile, Barcelona president, Josep Maria Bartomeu a few days ago revealed that the club are already planning ahead for next season, adding that the Catalan club have already signed some new players and will make it public after their Copa del Rey final against Valencia next week.

“The planning for next season is already underway for some time. There are players that have been signed and we will talk about it after the [Copa del Rey] final,” Bartomeu told Spanish newspaper, Sport.
