Alleged N2.2bn Fraud: Court Allows Fayose To Travel For Medical Treatment

Former governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has been granted permission to go on a foreign medical trip by the Federal High Court in Lagos on Friday.

The former governor is facing an alleged N2.2billion fraud trial alongside a firm, Spotless Investment Ltd.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), which is prosecuting Fayose through its counsel Rotimi Jacobs (SAN), did not oppose the application.
