“I’m The Baddest Singer” – Tiwa Savage Replies Haters On New Song [LISTEN]

Tiwa Savage has chosen to respond to questions about her singing ability on a new song titled Do Like This. The Mavin Records first lady was featured alongside Mystro on the song by DJ Consequence.
Just over a week ago, a radio personality gave a compliment to Yemi Alade, saying that Yemi has a good vocal range unlike Tiwa Savage who shouts. This statement evoked a public discourse about the quality of Tiwa Savage’s singing. The Mavin Records singer has since been in a battle to prove her singing prowess.
Tiwa’s first reaction was to share a singing video on Instagram. The video was a throwback video of herself during a fine singing session. Tiwa made further reactions on social media but her most recent came in her verse on DJ Consequence’s Do Like This. Her reactionary line came in minute 1:03. The line went thus: “African bad girl (Tiwa)/I’m the baddest (singer).”
Tiwa also reiterated her claim to the African number one spot in the line; “International lady o/International flavor.” This sounds like a fine response to Yemi Alade’s claim that there is no number one artist on the continent.
