Osun State Governor, Oyetola Orders Civil Servants To Resume Work With Immediate Effect
The Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola ordered that civil servants from grade level seven and above should resume to duty posts.
Oyetola in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Ismail Omipidan, announced the relaxation of the curfew imposed to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state.
However, he directed departmental heads to work out alternate working hours for staff on grade levels One to Six.
The governor also said that the curfew which was earlier 6. p.m to 6. a.m would now be from 9.p.m to 5.a.m daily.
In addition, the curfew would be relaxed for 14 days in the first instance.
Oyetola thanked the people of the state for their cooperation during the period of the lockdown. He also enjoined them to ensure the new measures on the gradual reopening of the economy were strictly adhered to.
