Savannah Plane Crash!! Nine Feared Dead In Georgia As Aircraft Comes Down

Nine individuals are feared useless after a navy cargo aircraft crashed within the US state of Georgia, officers say.

They have been aboard the C-130 aircraft when it got here down beside a freeway intersection close to the native airport within the coastal metropolis of Savannah.

The aircraft belonged to Puerto Rico Air National Guard and was on a coaching flight, the National Guard mentioned.

Images shared on social media confirmed wreckage engulfed in flames and black smoke spewing into the sky.

“We’ve confirmed nine people, consisting of five crew members and four additional passengers” have been on board the aircraft, Puerto Rico National Guard spokesman Maj Paul Dahlen mentioned.

Officials beforehand mentioned a minimum of 5 folks have been thought to have died on board.

Georgia Air National Guard Capt Jeffrey Bezore mentioned the deceased can be named upon notification of their subsequent of kin.

Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rossello mentioned that his ideas have been with the households of these concerned whereas he waited for extra info.

“They will receive our support and that of the National Guard of Puerto Rico in this process,” he added.

In a tweet, US President Donald Trump mentioned he was monitoring the scenario.
