Sunday Igboho Under Fire For Mocking Pastor Adeboye Over His Son’s Death
Barrister Olusegun Bamgbose, National Coordinator, Concerned Advocates for Good Governance, CAGG, has described popular activist, Sunday Igboho as a disappointment to the Yoruba race.
This was an angry reaction by the senior lawyer over Igboho’s recent comments against Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, following the death of Pastor Dare Adeboye, his third son.
Giditrendz reported that Sunday Igboho had mocked Pastor Adeboye over the sudden death of Dare.
Igboho, in a viral video, said he would not greet or sympathize with Adeboye over the demise of Dare because the General Overseer does not support the Yoruba nation.
He rained curses on any leader or Pastor who refused to support the secession agenda, saying God will kill their children and wives.
And in reaction to this, Bamgbose has asked the activist to expect God’s reaction in the next 30 days if he fails to seek forgiveness.
“Most unfortunately, however, Sunday Adeyemo, a. k. a Sunday Igboho decided to mock the grieving General Overseer.
“This has clearly shown that Sunday Igboho lacks the fear of God and sympathy for his fellow men. One will least expect such a person to make such an unkind and ungodly statement,” Bamgbose told DAILY POST.
“He has really disappointed the Yoruba race. He went ahead to curse those who won’t support the Oduduwa Republic.
“Let him, however, be authoritatively informed that there will be grave consequences for insulting a man of God.
“The Bible makes it clear, touch not my anointed, do my prophet no harm, it’s a fearful thing to fall in the hands of God, for God is a consuming fire.
“Sunday Igboho should expect God’s reaction in the next 30 days. If truly Pastor Adeboye is a man of God, God will defend his prophet.
“The only thing is if he will seek forgiveness from the man of God, if not, the God Pastor Adeboye serves will defend His word and His word,”
He said.
