WICKEDNESS! Fulani Herdsmen Kill A Farmer In Kogi State (See Photo)

A man named Ariyo Aina Kano from One Ogga Compound, Ogga, Yagba West LGA, Kogi State was killed yesterday 18 May, 2019 at about 9.am by Fulani Herdsmen.

It was gathered that before the incident, the deceased has been having clashes with the fulani men as regards the herdsmen cattle entering his farm to graze and destroy his crops.

This caused a great dissension between the deceased farmer and the herdsmen.

About 9.am yesterday 18 May, 2019 when the killed farmer got to his farm to see about 11 herdsmen with cutlasses. He immediately turned back with fear while the herdsmen on the run to slaughter him.

The incidences of herdsmen killings is becoming abysmal and uncalled for. The State and Federal Government are pleaded to take immediate address to this incidences as it is becoming more unbearable.

Why should we kill our fellow human on trivial matters which are meant to be settled amicably.

Kogi State Government especially is challenged not to fold their arms on this matter as there should be a proffered solution to fulani herdsmen killings in some part of Kogi State especially areas in Yagba West.

We hereby also solicit Kogi State Government to help the family of the deceased who is left with a wife and 4 children.
