Wizkid, Burna Boy Win Big At The 2020 MOBO Awards
Just like another ‘2017 Déjà vu’ , The 2020 Music Of The Black Origin (MOBO) Awards witnessed two Nigeria‘s finest artiste winning the award for the best International Act category and the best African Act category.
Afrobeat Legend, Wizkid won the award for the best African Act category after being nominated alongside Davido, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Fireboy, Rema, Afro B among other African nominees.
After winning the award, Wizkid became the first African artiste to win four MOBO awards in history having won three Best African Act award and one Best international Act respectively.
On the other hand, the ‘African Giant’, Burna Boy also won the award for the best International Act category after defeating Rema, Drake, Lil Baby, H.E.R, Popcaan, Kofee among other international artiste.
