YOUTH PWR SUPPORTS YOUNG PEOPLE IN LAGOS AND IBADAN DURING CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC.

A Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), YOUTH PWR INT’L has distributed relief materials to vulnerable young Nigerians.

The initiative tagged #nextdoor was to cushion effects of the coronavirus pandemic.

The YOUTH PWR (Africa) team made the disclosure in Lagos last weekend while giving out food relief package, which contains rice, beans, garri and other cooking ingredients, said the foundation would reach out to more locations in Africa.

They explained the outreach, which also has  taken place in Ibadan, is looking out for the most vulnerable by providing for young people in all communities.
The next stop of the outreach is the Republic of Ghana which will take place on Saturday, 6th June, 2020.

Other items in relief packages shared were Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and face masks, among others.

YOUTH PWR (Africa) is the African arm of YOUTH PWR INT’L. The organisation works with communities to engage, inspire and educate young people with a central commitment to empower the youth for constructive engagement and empowerment for a sustainable future.
